Ordering

When will my order arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 4 working days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there's anything amiss with your order, or if it arrives damaged, please email us. Please keep any packaging and take a few photos of damage to the packaging or artwork. We will send a reprint of your image immediately.

Images

What Image file types are acceptable and what photo size is required?
Images should be in JPEG format, 700kb-2mb in size. We always recommend you use the original image from a digital camera. For more information on file preparation, please download this spec sheet.

Security

We use a secure server using SSL protocol to transmit all of your private information. We do NOT share your personal information. Frameable uses the well regarded and trusted Authorize.net to handle your transactions. Your financial information is kept safe and encrypted by Authorize.net. We do not store that information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are completely custom, we do not accept returns or offer credits or exchanges on custom items.
